Account executives always hear that they need to be the CEO of their territory, and StorONE is giving you the opportunity to do that. You will own all aspects of your patch and be responsible to lead a team of S1 resources to help get you there. Areas of Responsibility:
Sales Strategy, Management and Execution Responsible for developing and executing on all aspects of the Territory's business and engagement with existing and potential prospects, customers and partners to develop and implement sales strategies to exceed bookings targets and build a steady and consistent flow of net new revenue from pipeline creation to closure of business. Develop and implements a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in conjunction with StorONE sales leadership, sales engineering and inside sales objectives that accelerate revenue growth. Be an enthusiastic sales professional with proven sales skills, creatively finding new sales opportunities with customers, navigating seamlessly between the decision makers and the data center while positioning the unique advantages of the StorONE platform to all stakeholders Drive and manage a pipeline of sales activity to assure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded Develop extensive relationships the partner community and to participate in partner meetings and events and create alignment between the partner and StorONE sales teams and customers. Required Skills and
Experience:
Minimum 5 year's sales experience Proven track record of exceeding sales goals at a startup Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close Ability to influence at senior executive level, influence others and achieve results Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced evolving business Uncompromising ethics and integrity Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication Excellent presentation skills Skilled in complex negotiation Self-motivated and directed, have strong follow up skills and attention to detail Ability to create sales content as required by customer Establishes positive working relationships with partners, colleagues and management peers Previous experience of selling into the country/region specified Professional sales training (Sandler, etc.) a plus Experience with Salesforce.com and maintain high forecasting accuracy and pipeline flow
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
